We offer a 7 day money back guarantee on our products for any defects or flaws in the finished product. Returned items must be prepaid by the customer and sent to address below; and a refund amount- minus shipping cost + 10% of product cost- will be sent to you within 5 business days of receipt of returned product. Due to the personal nature of bedding, we do not refund our bedding items for any reason other than a provable error of size or defect.
